Who we are
Wattle & Grove is a specialist early childhood consultancy supporting services to grow strong, sustainable and deeply meaningful practice.
Our work is grounded in real-world experience — not theory alone — and supports services at every stage, from day-to-day operations through to long-term quality improvement and leadership growth.
We work in collaboration with a team of Early Childhood Teachers (ECTs) and other highly qualified early childhood professionals, allowing us to provide informed, responsive and sector-relevant support across pedagogy, leadership, compliance and professional development.
We value clarity, connection and calm leadership, and believe quality is built through relationships, reflection and practical support that actually works.
My Background & Experience
I am the founder and owner of three Exceeding-rated Long Day Care services, each established from the ground up. Our services have been invited to apply for the prestigious EXCELLENT rating — currently held by only 7 of approximately 3,500 services Australia-wide.
Across my services, we have been recognised as winners or finalists in over 30 awards, including five national titles for Most Outstanding Childcare Centre. I currently employ over 150 staff.
My experience spans every layer of the early childhood sector — from working directly with children and families to leading teams, managing services and driving continuous quality improvement.
I am an accredited Early Childhood Teacher, and I also hold:
• Diploma of Children’s Services
• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
• Certificate IV in Small Business Management
My work reflects a long-standing commitment to quality, innovation and ethical leadership in early childhood education.

I am a mother, partner and deeply values-led human. Family, time outdoors, connection and community are central to my life, and these values flow through the way I lead, mentor and support others.
I am passionate about creating early learning environments where children are respected, educators feel confident and supported, and leadership feels calm, capable and sustainable.
Wattle & Grove exists because I believe high-quality early childhood education changes lives — and the people doing this work deserve genuine, practical and thoughtful support.
